Shrikhand korma recipe

 Shrikhand Korma is a popular Maharashtrian dish that is very delicious. It is a traditional dessert made with yogurt, sugar, and saffron. It is a simple and tasty recipe that you can easily make at home.

 

 

 

**Ingredients:**

- 2 cups yogurt

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon saffron

- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

- 1/4 cup khoya (reduced milk)

- 2 tablespoons almonds (chopped)

 

**Method:**

1. Hang the yogurt in a muslin cloth for 3-4 hours to remove excess water.

2. In a bowl, mix the hung yogurt, sugar, saffron, and cardamom powder.

3. Heat a pan and add the yogurt mixture. Cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously.

4. Add the khoya and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

5. Garnish with chopped almonds.

6. Serve the Shrikhand Korma chilled.
